Description
If you are interested in UNESCO site, you shouldn’t miss this tour. Here is the place the locals like to come up to the fort walls and sit under one of the covered structures feeling breeze. You can make an excellent walk to go around the whole wall and take in the view of history and modern city of Suwon. Suwon Hwaseong is designated a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site.
 
When you get there
Visit Hwaseong Haenggung palace where Joseon dynasty used to live during time of war. After visit to Hwaseong Fortress, you will have lunch near Suwon Hwaseong Fortress. The food will be Korean marinated pork rip barbecue(galbi). Did you already try famous galbi in South Korea? In Suwon, you will taste the best marinated pork rib barbecue with your guide.
 
Next, you will go to the Korean Folk Village where you see traditional culture from the late Joseon period to both local and international visitors. There are several performances you will watch there; Nongak(farmer’s music), Martial art on horseback and other special events.
